  • Products used for commercial, institutional, or non-residential purposes unless explicitly stated.
  • Any customization requests beyond standard specifications.

Warranty Process
To make a warranty claim, customers must:

  • Contact our customer service within the warranty period, providing a description of the issue along with evidence such as photographs or videos.
  • Provide proof of purchase, including the original invoice or receipt.
  • Allow our team to inspect the product, either on-site or by returning it to our facility, as determined by us.
  • Upon approval, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or offer a refund in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Repair Services
We also offer repair services for products that are not covered by warranty or are outside the warranty period. The following conditions apply:

  • Ensuring that the product is accessible for inspection, repair, or removal, and that the work area is safe for our staff.
