1. GENERAL
1.1 Lukrain Furniture, India (“Lukrain”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operates website www.lukrain.in (collectively referred to as the “Lukrain Furniture Platform”), through which we facilitate the sale of furniture and related products (“Products”) to the users of the Lukrain Furniture Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).
1.2 This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms, outlines our policies and procedures regarding the delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the Lukrain Furniture Platform.
1.3 We provide shipping and delivery of our Products across India. We strive to offer the best customer experience by partnering with leading logistics service providers to ensure that your orders are handled with care and delivered efficiently. We make all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the timely delivery of Products purchased from the Lukrain Furniture Platform.
1.4 By using the Lukrain Furniture Platform and purchasing a Product, you agree to the terms of this Policy without modification. We encourage you to review the terms of this Policy each time you visit the platform. If you disagree with any terms, please refrain from using, accessing, or transacting on the Lukrain Furniture Platform.
2. TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
2.1 We partner with third-party logistics service providers (“Logistic Partners”) for shipping and delivering Products. You will be provided with an estimated timeline for delivery at the time of order confirmation. We will also notify you via email or SMS regarding your order’s dispatch status. While we primarily use Logistic Partners, we reserve the right to deliver Products using our own means if necessary.
2.2 We strive to deliver Products all across India but may exclude certain unserviceable areas at our sole discretion. We will notify you if your area is unserviceable at the time of placing the order.
2.3 To ensure timely delivery, you must provide accurate details, including your name, address, and contact information. Failure to provide correct details may result in delayed or failed delivery, for which Lukrain Furniture is not liable.
2.4 Our Logistic Partners will make up to 3 (three) attempts to deliver the Product to your address. If after the third attempt delivery is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel your order and process a return. Shipping and delivery charges may be deducted from any refund in such cases.
2.5 While we aim to deliver Products within the estimated timeline, delivery may be delayed due to:
- Logistical challenges
- Weather conditions
- Political disruptions
- Acts of God (natural disasters)
- Other unforeseeable circumstances
In the event of such delays, we will attempt to notify you. However, Lukrain Furniture disclaims liability for any delay beyond our control.
2.6 We select Logistic Partners, agents, and employees with high standards of ethics and professionalism. However, the actions or behavior of delivery personnel are beyond our control, and we are not liable for any issues such as delayed delivery, tampered packages, or inappropriate conduct. Any disputes with delivery personnel must be resolved independently.
2.7 Once your order is handed over to the Logistic Partner, you will receive a unique tracking ID to track your order. While we coordinate with our Logistic Partners to update tracking information in real-time, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the tracking status due to potential technical delays.
2.8 Shipping fees may be charged based on the Product’s value, type, delivery location, and payment method. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the delivered Product is defective or incorrect for reasons attributable to Lukrain Furniture.
2.9 Returns are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners. Upon receiving your return request, our reverse-Logistics Partners will coordinate with you to collect the Product. Returns and exchanges are processed in accordance with our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
